About the position: 


Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented, and motivated HR and operations Specialist to join our team, manage our recruitment, maintain our culture, and manage internal operations.


You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and fulfilling our team members.


You will have the opportunity to build relations and trust within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, recruit, headhunt & interview candidates
  • Post job ads, organize resumes and job applications
  • Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process
  • Process payroll, ensure vacation and sick leaves are tracked 
  • Onboard new team members
  • Manage social insurance filing
  • Create job vacancies and manage hiring needs
  • Handle internal announcements & communications (Celebrations, Birthdays, Meetup,  etc)
  • Organize training, team-building events, and activities for the team
  • Sources vendor and write project briefs
  • Manage the company's medical insurance plan
  • Handle phone inquiries 
  • Structure and document internal processes
  • Manage office supplies
  • Manage company expenses using online software tools


Skills:

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years
  • BS/MS degree in HR, Business Administration, Business informatics, Management or relevant field.
  • An ability to go out of the way to satisfy team members’ needs
  • Must be honest, positive, and adaptable
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Skills related to interpersonal communication: listening, speaking and writing
