About This Position

  • Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented and motivated account manager to join our team, manage existing accounts as well as new accounts and setting strategies for handling these accounts.

  • You will be responsible for gathering content for various kinds of projects.

  • You will have the opportunity to build relations and trust with the company’s clients.

  • You will be part of a team that acquires a thorough understanding of our customer needs and business nature


Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for 34ML customers and communicating their needs/demands to the ops/tech teams.

  • Coordination with designers, developers and other team members to ensure consistent service and meeting deadlines on different projects.

  • Familiarity with Software Development

  • Managing accounts since projects' kickoff till after sales.

  • Arrange, moderate and summarize clients meetings

  • Receive, filter and arrange projects content

  • Influence decision making and decision makers

  • Assist in content creation and enhancement for clients.

  • Research competitors and being aware of market trends.

  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition

  • Setting clear expectations and managing them according to written agreements

  • Meeting clients at their premises all over Cairo

  • Being proactive and innovative

  • Acting as a main point of contact with the company clients

  • Paying attention to details and reading behind the spoken words

  • Translating clients’ needs into business needs

  • Using different project management and online tools to handle accounts

Skills:

  • Experience: 0 – 3 years

  • An ability to go out of the way to satisfy customers’ needs

  • Must be honest, positive and adaptable

  • Willingness to learn more about different industries and clients.
